All over the world people are rediscovering the amazing thermoregulation properties of wool. Wool is nature's wonder fibre. Outdoor enthusiasts now wear wool “layers” to stay warm and also to keep cool. They know that wool knows the difference. So if we are putting natural woollen garments on our bodies why shouldn’t we be putting natural wool insulation in our homes?
Latitude® is the natural alternative to synthetic insulation. Many other wool insulation products use a wool polyester mix. Latitude® insulation utilises 100% natural fibres and the natural air-conditioning qualities of wool to properly protect your home from extreme weather, noise and harmful toxins. The process that enables us to manufacture Latitude without the need for the use of polyester fibres is covered by a patent in New Zealand and a number of other countries.
Latitude® is manufactured in Christchurch, New Zealand and was previously manufactured under the WoolBloc™ brand.

wool insulation
Supa-Fill™ is 100% genuine sheep wool. Supa-Fill™ is not exposed to synthetic contamination of any sort. Unlike some other machine blown wool products, Supa-Fill™ is not blended with any other synthetic fibre. Material is not procured from any source that processes both wool and synthetic fibre, thereby ensuring a totally natural product.
Supa-Fill™ is a natural wool fibre lofted insulation that has been treated and processed to provide a cost effective efficient insulation.
Supa-Fill™ can be installed in ceilings of existing and new homes or offices.
Supa-Fill™ is installed by only approved installers using a machine blowing technique that provides a full blanket effect.
Machine installation takes advantage of wools natural bonding properties ensuring that the product maintains its loft and will not shift. This provides a superior and long lasting thermal insulating performance.
Natural Wool Products operates a strict code of practice which monitors and ensures product is installed correctly by qualified Installers. This will provide a guaranteed thermal insulation rating.
Unlike synthetic products, the wool fibre is hollow which enables air to be trapped naturally. The finer the wool fibre is, the more fibres there are in a given weight of wool. This results in a greater volume of trapped air, hence the improved thermal efficency.
Supa-Fill™ is installed at standard thermal values of R2.6 and R3.2, however higher values of upto R5.0 can be installed if required.
Autex GreenStuf®
Autex GreenStuf® is a range of quality 100% polyester thermal insulation products for ceilings, walls and floors.
GreenStuf® is a soft thermally bonded bulk-fibre insulation material manufactured from polyester fibres. GreenStuf® ROLL FORM is non-irritant thermally efficient insulation material for residential and commercial applications.
GreenStuf® ROLL FORM is supplied as lofted green-tinted insulation blanket/rolls manufactured to order and
pre-cut to nominated width rolls for walls, roof-ceilings, and mid-floor applications.
Features and benefits:
• GreenStuf® is completely safe and user-friendly so no protective clothing is required to handle or install the product.
• GreenStuf® does not contain any added chemicals such as formaldehyde based binders, and the fibres are not of a respirable size supporting safer indoor air quality.
• GreenStuf® will not slump or settle over time (50+ year durability rating) and is not affected by moisture, mould or mildew, and is naturally resistant to insect and vermin attack.
• GreenStuf® is manufactured using a minimum of 45% previously recycled polyester fibre (from PET plastic) and is reusable and recyclable at end of life supporting the philosophies of Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD).
